这里应该是被动。
前面那部分是状语，要看那个动词remind跟句子的主语manger之间是怎样的关系
根据句意，是那个经理被告知不要错过那班航班，所以他匆忙赶去机场。
被告知，是被动 the manager is reminded not to do sth.(一般性的被告知）
或者是the manager has been reminded not to do sth.（强调“已经”被告知）

所以现在用动词的过去分词reminded来作状语，
Reminded not to miss the flight at 15:20, the manager set out for the airport in a hurry.
句子相当于As he is reminded not to miss the flight at 15:20, the manager set out for the airport in a hurry.

reminded这过去分词含有了被动的意味，如果是reminding ，应该是manager自己主动发出这动作，他提醒别人的

这类型用分词作状语的句子，一般来说，ed这过去分词都有被动意味，ing这现在分词形式都有主动意味，要看动词与主语间是什么关系~~

如果D是having been reminded 已经被告知，也是可以的

B. Remind sb to do sth. The manager 和remind是被动关系，所以用过去分词短语来作状语。
